OK. this is the story of how I met Nora and how she became the way she is today. I wanted a classic looking bike, but found many of the older bikes too pricey and hard to find. I decided to go with the portly & sedate but inexpensive and common Goldwing. Of course, the older the better. I found this peach on CL in Louisville, KY. Told the guy if it was still available when I came out to visit my family, I would take it for the (ridiculous) asking price. This is the single pic on CL. I drove it up onto my trailer, and the only thing it really needed was a carb rebuild and a fix on the leaky fuel pump. Gator PS; Hmmm... I don't seem to be able to post multiple pics. Maybe this forum doesn't roll that way, or perhaps I'm just not getting it. I'd appreciate a little help. I don't want to put up a bunch of posts with just one pic, but I do want everybody to be able to see the process. Attachments:

Upload the pics to imageshack, photobucket, or similar and then generate the IMG tags to link them on here. Looks like you're adding the photo as an attachment to the post and that may be limiting it to 1 per post.

Glad you got the picture sharing sorted out. Always nice to see a build documented that way. Good job. My projects so far this year have been maintenance on the things I have running. Would like to hear about upcoming builds with some of you. One thing about telling us about a project you have planned - you are commited and we will bug you until we see a progress report. So lets talk about upcoming projects. Me? Next in line is a 1972 Kawasaki H-2. Ok, it's in print. Time to dig it out and get started.

Tim! Glad to read that you're still kicking! I keep looking for you to show up for coffee. Don't avoid us for too long, I think I know where you live, I might just drop in unannounced to offer some (nonexistent) mechanical advice on your H-2 project. Peace amigo!
