Last night at coffee one of the subjects that came up was vintage racing. I shared a story that I thought I would post. A few years ago I was at the vintage races in Gratten MI. Lots of great looking bikes. During an afternoon heat race, on the second lap, a beautiful Norton Commando missed a shift, over-reved, and spilled oil on the track. During the 30 minute delay to clean up the course I wandered through the pits and found him. Kind of obvious where the oil came from.    |
