The inevitable happened, I was heading for the garage door, helmet in hand, when confronted by a pregnant woman holding a rake in one hand and a leaf blower in the other with a "Thou shalt fix the current fall leaf issue" look on her face... 4 hours later I was done and celebrated by taking the kids for rides around the back yard on the MT125... It was a trade off, but probably best in the long run! |

Had a blast with my eighteen month old grandson this weekend too. He saw the lights and heard the music of the Silver Dollar Christmas tree for the first time! Cherish those times.

After pecan pie I rode around the cemetery for about 30 minutes. Then rider mower with bagger... Autumn motorized bliss... Good thing it has headlights...the mower that is.

Hard to beat Drew's pecan pie. ;D After seeing last Sunday's leaf progress get blown away, I'm thinking next year I need to invest in one of those bags for the riding mower. |

No problem. I hung out from 1 to 1:45, noticed no one was heading over, and then went out for a long ride. I might head out for a ride tomorrow too. Trying to take a little break from work; been pretty much stuck in the house for the past few weeks slaving over a hot desk, haha!

What about tomorrow, the 16th? I don't care where we meet. I'm going riding for sure, so you can come along if you'd like. If nothing else, you'll get a kick out of watching me try to keep the dirty side down.

PS: Oops! I already have a ride planned. Going out to a friend's house in Ash Grove to do some eating, shooting and eating. Don't let that ruin your plans. You folks should definitely go riding somewhere.
