The paddock looks a lot emptier in August than it was in May. They must have heard the SW MO crew was coming to town, and they were loaded for bear!  |

It was super day Saturday. Great weather and a good SW MO group and brother to send time with.
Sadly for Old Purple the 2nd set did not go as hoped. I set my fastest time, but on lap 7 we lost power. The pistons go up and down but the can shaft does not turn.
THANKS, guys for not posting purples bad luck until I got home and called Tim P. A big thanks to all of you for the offers to use your backup bikes.
I WILL BACK IN SEPT. We feel it is time to follow my team mates an update the track bike. I have a great lady it was her suggest first to update.
We are looking for KAWASAKI NINJA 500 or SUZUKI GS 500f, both are parallel twins. So if see a good deal let me know.
Thanks to all. Craigslist here I come.
