As soon as I get my cb360 finished I'm considering installing some pod filters. But I have no idea where to begin with rejetting the carbs. anyone have any experience and would be willing to help out?

I'll give you a hand. Evan, that bike should have stock jetting in it, as best I remember. With those pipes and pods, you'll need a #70-75 main to get you started in the right direction.
