HWY125 south ride to bull shoals lake

Hello all, yesterday a friend and I rode from Springfield to the ferry at Bull Shoals lake. We took 14 in Ozark to 125 south and rode it the whole way. I was smiling the entire time. It was all I could do to keep up with my friends RC51 (unsuccessful). I think it would be a blast to do the 130m round trip with a group of vintage and cafe racers (of coarse everyone is welcome). Who would like to do this and when would be the best time for a good turn out?

I'd love to! I know a bunch of our guys launch out and do this as an impromtu cruise at various times. Would be great to have it setup as an organized meet though! *COUGH* TIM?? *COUGH*

Agreed! If one of the fine leaders of this community will set a date ill be there!

I'd love ot see more rides happen. Last year i planned all but one of them so i had to take a break from doing everything.

I'll get back on it once my "adventure riding season' is over. i.e.; after Vietnam.

I bet Dave can figure out how to organize one with a little adult supervision. I'll help him, but be sure to get me your ADV schedule so we can make every effort to pick dates that coordinate with you. And I would still love to make that run to Miami, OK that Tim-P came up with. I'll get in touch with him and see if he still has an interest in putting that together.

I'd tag along if the timing worked. Did they ever get those crappy rain grooves fixed on 125? I've avoided it(125) the last couple of years because of those.
