Next Wednesday [Aug. 13] looks like it might be a good day for a lunch ride. Anyone interested in taking back roads to the Hanger Café, let me know here. About 1 hour out - a little less coming back. I need a break from this H-2 project.

I'd come out, since it's one of those rare days I'm off work, but I'll have my son with me and he's a bit too little to ride along just yet. I may try to get over to Starbucks in the evening, though.

Good hearing from you too, Phil. Was getting a little worried. Crazy summer but all is well here. Been to Starbucks a couple of times with no turnout. Missin' everyone.

I'll ring you some time, and we'll get together. If you're up for a short jaunt in the country some Saturday I'll let you know when a few of us are getting together. Family obligations have prevented me from being unavailable for more then a few hours at a time this year.
I've been a little lax on Wed nite Moto Coffee. The sport bikes are showing up again in numbers, and I just find I have less and less in common to visit with them about. Don't get me wrong, most of them are good guys, but in numbers, the conversation tends towards the same few topics, usually ones I really have no interest in. If I know somebody in particular (say, you) is going to be there I make an extra effort to attend, but lately it's just been when convenient.
And we need to go flying soon! Pop wants to check out your new plane. :-)
