Greaser does some nice work, or try Norseman Leather on Glenstone

Campbell to the "biker" pirate shop across from Arby's, He fixed a tankbag for me not long ago. I use Ron's custom interiors on College just west of Kansas, he did this LeMans seat for me YEARS ago
