Used DDM to source HID lights for two of my vehicles, can't recommend them enough. Single best upgrade/mod I've ever performed, in my opinion. There's no "outdriving" these lights.

I have personally dealt with Buchanan Wheel on several occasions. The key is, to call them first and they will tell you exactly what information they need. They custom cut a set of spokes for my XR400 front hub to be laced to a RMZ450 18" rear rim. The spoke set (plus a couple extra nipples iirc) was less than $90 all said and done for heavy duty. Fit perfectly, and no bowing. They will also build any wheel you want if you send them your hub. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING THEM FIRST AND TELL THEM WHAT YOU'RE WANTING TO DO. It will help prevent the possibility of any problems. They do a lot of vintage stuff.
