Ride To Eat (R-T-E) destinations solicited

I'm starting this thread to see if we can generate some interest in some R-T-E rides in the near future.
This is an idea I picked up from the Springfield BMW RoadRiders Club : Pick a dining destination, date and time and everybody just show up at said destination at the designated time and enjoy some good food and camaraderie. That way you can ride there by yourself, or in a small group, at your own pace and via your own route. No need to show up beforehand at a designated spot and ride in a big pack along a route you may find too technical, or not interesting enough.
If this sounds like something you would like to participate in, just hit "Reply" and let us know. If you have an idea for a destination and date, be sure to include that in your reply. Don't be shy, and don't wait for the other guy to do it, because he's waiting on you. Put out a little effort and I guarantee you'll get back tenfold in enjoyment. The winter weather has been especially mild so far, but I would suggest you have an alternate date in mind due to inclement weather for any February or March rides, just to be safe.
I know out of the 200+ members on this forum plenty of you know of some great, out of the way breakfast, lunch or "pie & coffee" spots here in the Ozarks. Share them with your fellow riders, and let's rack up some miles!!
