I did lighting design for 5 years. I an not sure who makes it but it looks very easy to make.just a thought

Cool Look Yard.. not sure where I have seen these before.. I'll check some of my older mags..
Minus you may have to give us a little tutorial on how to make something like that I would be interested..

its a projector light from a car or street bike. i just am not sure where to find them,
