Nice! That one looks extra clean. I can't wait to see it in person.

Very nice! Love an "Original Gangsta"! Yeah, the last hurrah of the UJM superbikes before the GSXR relegated them to the status of automotive dinosaurs.

Yes, yes and yes. A very important bike. Wes Cooley comes immediately to mind.

Saw this today... LOVE IT! Sadly between this and his TL, Hedorah's overtly loud bikes are making my bone stock Nighthawk seem rather paltry.

The GS1150 and 700 bikes were among my faves back in the bad old days. Several years later, in about 19 and 91 or so, I visited Memphis where I was passed on I-240 near the airport by a GS1150 with no exhaust going about 130 or so. It was so loud that I could hear him long after he was out of sight even without my hearing aid. I wonder if it was Brad's misspent youth or an evil cousin maybe? ;-)

Oh yes, that is a nice bike. I've always liked smaller bikes like the 83/84 GS450es it was the same era but had a little "cafe" faring on front (I wish I could get the ZRX400). I rode a buddies GS1100e the one w/o a faring a year or two before this model and I remember it being very fast. Nice bike.

I believe I saw you this morning headed down Sunshine, it was kinda a blue blur. Pretty awesome ride! Thanks. It may well have been me. I rode it to work this morning so I could get it inspected and tagged on my lunch hour. The guy that inspected it was full of stories about one of his buddies that had "one of those big Suzukis" back in the day. Pretty cool stories until he got to the one about how the buddy got killed on it.
