Work Stand from 2 sheets of plywood

Just as I was about to pull the trigger on a Harbor Freight bike lift, I ran across this on the IntraWebs: plans for building a pivoting ramp/work stand out of plywood. Now, I might beef up the specs a little before I ride my Road Star on to it, but it looks like it would hold up fine to pushing any number of café racer types on to it.

It looks like it would make an affordable alternative for a home shop.
