Wanna sell your old seat? I need one for a bike i"m secretly restoring for my father for his birthday.
I can do fabrication work as trade, or have cash

Sweet, i have your twin! I'm really interested in seeing what you do with your seat pan, mine has a previous crack and horrible weld job, but I had something else in mind. Are you cutting the tabs used for the OEM seat pan?

Kickass! I can fabricate much of anything, but I suck, suck, suck with sheetmetal. I always get into too much of a hurry when welding it and warp the crap out of it.

Looks good Greaser, nice start on the seat looking forward to see the progress. As for your carbs, when you put the pods on you said you were waiting on jets. What size are you using and is the engine & carbs stock?

What size are you using and is the engine & carbs stock? Yes the engine and carbs are stock. I am gonna run 115 secondary and 70 main jets or at least start there.

Ok thanks for the tip, one day I will be putting the pods on my bike so I will be curious as to what you end up with, that is if you don't mind.. I've only update jets when replacing pipes with the manufacture recommendations so not to good on free wheeling it..
