Like the blacked out motor! The candy stripe is a bit over the top though. Notice the lack of mirors. The twin shock models look cooler than my monoshock.

If you painted yours with the candy stripes you could give out peppermints everytime you stop and someone tells you how cool your bike looks..

Napoleon style mirrors arrived Friday. No bar ends to screw them to, so I mounted them on the controls. No further progress, cause I rode 325 miles today on Arkansas's finest twisties |

Parts have started arriving. I've sold enough parts on EBay thus far to fund my purchases, at least until I have to pay for the rear shock and fiberglass bits. Just need those luggage cases to sell, and my head will be above the water: Aluminum top triple clamp from San Jose BMW is supposed much stiffer, but mainly just for looks. Also some inexpensive two sided EBay turn indicators (surprisingly heavy) that can be used in the bar ends if I so choose:  |

Wow those look sharp. That bar end signal thing is starting to really appeal to me.
